Snehal is the founder and owner of The Paleo Palate Cafe, a revolutionary online bakery + cafe and Toronto’s one stop destination for all things  gluten free and Paleo. It all started when Snehal was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder back in 2017 which prompted her to follow a clean eating lifestyle following her diagnosis. What started as a series of experiments in her kitchen soon gave birth to The Paleo Palate Café.

Snehal believes that for every artificial and toxic food item present in the universe there is a corresponding natural and better alternative. Since arriving in Canada from India with her family just a few years ago, this young mum has already contributed so much to the Canadian food industry. Currently her café is expanding to reach across more and more stores in Canada and beyond – so that everyone does truly get an opportunity to choose healthy.

About Deepankar Ganguly
From a young age the Bansuri captured Deep's imagination. Learning from his father Late  Bhabani Sankar, his training took him to 
his guru Late Pandit Malhar Rao Kulkarni. A serious teacher of the Bansuri, Deep teaches this wonderful wind instrument in the tradition of Guru-Shisya Parampara (meaning teacher-disciple tradition) with an emphasis on dedication, peace, connection of the breath in order to enhance the latent inner qualities of individuals, which is present in all of us. His other works are in sound therapy/healing, collaborations, maker of custom flutes. Deep is a speaker and a published author.
