ABOUT THE CHEF
Landing in Toronto with one piece of luggage and a dream, Chef Jean Regis's culinary journey began in the centre of France. With 3 diplomas in French cuisine plus a Gastronomic Excellence Cert., Jean worked and learned alongside greats throughout Paris. His path led him to share his French cuisine expertise to foodies in London and finally Toronto where working for Le Paradis helped him understand the food culture of the city. His wish with Le Baratin is to share his passion of food and l’art de vivre, the art of life, in a French way.
